- 1x1 Pictures white background in Matte Photo Paper (6 copies)
- Notarized Latest Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COEC)
- PSA Birth Certificate if Single with receipt (CENOMAR might be required)
- PSA Marriage Contact if Married with receipt
- *Valid Government ID of spouse with 3 specimen signatures (photocopy front and back)
- Verified TIN from BIR (Borrower & Spouse)
- Housing Loan Documents (provided by the Financing Institution)
- Employee Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV)- Pag ibig Contribution Records (atleast 24 months)
- Approved Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)- Pag ibig Seminar
- No deliquent or unpaid Pag-ibig Loans

Earning ones living directly from own profession or business , rather than as employee earning salary from the other.

- Consularized or Apostille Special Power of Attorney (SPA FORM will be provided)
- Passport Photocopy of Entry and Exit stamp
